Hello Doctor! I am 21yrs old. My problem is that, my mind undergoes continuous thought process. I am suffering this from so many years. The thoughts which come across are unnecessary ones. If I sit, stand, watch tv, ride vehicle, before I fall asleep, always my mind keeps chattering. I understand that our mind is in our control. When I realise that some thoughts are running in mind, I try to bring back my mind to where I am. For few mins I can concentrate, then again it's the same. I feel too much distracted. I want to concentrate on whatever I am doing and put my 100%. Kindly provide me a solution. Thank you.

Some time i feel that there is pain in heart.. And when i think anything that bad thing happen with me..

My nephew purvansh 13 years old student of 8th class from last 2 years his education result continuous falling. Due to falling of result we had change his school,but he went school 2 days n after that He is afraid to go to school, n creating lot of misunderstanding regarding health issues like vomiting,stomach pain,gidding. N showing abnormal behaviour to go to school. We had consulted his class teacher and principal regarding this type of behavior but they had said there is no issues with this school.now the child is demanding change his school and take new addmition in another school which is near by home. Now again the child showing same behavior for not to go to school.this all activity is going from last 22 to 25 days.we had done the medical checkup related to stomach pain n vomiting,all checkups and tests are normal.please suggest us what we have to do regarding this issue...

I don't want to live bcz I was in love with a guy for 6years I expected that he will surely marry me whenever I asked him about marriage he told me I will take care of it don't worry and he loves me very much and recently when the time came I asked him to tell about us he is saying that his Parents are not accepting because of caste and he is only one Month younger than me. But when I asked last year the same he said his parents accepted so that I was very happy so I told the same in my home. Now he blocked all my contacts and even if I am trying to talk he is saying that leave me please I don't understand what is happening and I just can't bear this I want to kill him. If he doesn't have courage why should he love me and my mother passed away when I was 4yrs old and I have grown up in bad situations now he did like this sometimes I tried to die because I am very ashamed in home because of him. I don't want to marry.want to go somewhere.not concentrating on anything.want to punish him

I feel depressed all the time.. I speak rapidly, negative thoughts comes, i feel frustrated all the time. Im not able to concentrate on work. Not able to do eye contact with people... I don't want to meet people.. I feel stressed.. I can't handle difficult situations, sleep issues are there.. Not able to speak properly. Not able to sleep. I feel severe pain in my right side of brain and back side of right brain and right side of body.. i don't mix in society.. I find difficult to mix and speak with people.. I do argument all time.. I Dont like anybody. I feel panic in all situations.. Help me.. Is im suffering from bipolar depression, panic disorder, ADHD, ADD, depression etc mental disorders. My mind is not working in different situations correctly. from last 2 years im suffering from these problems. Many time im not able to understand the logic. Im not do able to differentiate between perception and reality.. When anger comes i broke things..its not in my control.. i feel restless.

My friend has habit of drinking alcohol. He is becoming more alcoholic. He drinks daily. Is there any medicine to solve this problem.

Sir/mam my neighbour thinks about future and she is affected by mental thinking. She also took medicine but after a peroid of time it doesn't show a result.

I'm writing for my friend. I knew her to be funny and easy going and above all very strong emotionally. For the past 2 months , she has been awfully quiet, is locked up in her house for days and is not happy with anything. She has been through a lot in regard to her family and relationship and she is experiencing no sleep, lethargy, thoughts to not wanting to get up and above all extremely defeated. She has not been communicating at all and then there are days she is very happy. Its extremes. can you tell us what action to take further?

Kid complains of stomach ache, got usg scanned and blood test & urine test. Every thing normal. Physician suggested to go psychologist.

I am always thinking something and never stable. I dont know what to do. I have gone through many things and now i have no one to share with.
