On medication since 2012, was diagnosed with BPD in 2013, current medication doesn't seem to help. Very anxious, irritable, depressed and very very suicidal. What to do ?

When she has to get ready for school she gets tremors,breathlessness, severe giddiness. It takes a while before these symptoms reduce. It's more than 10 days she has not gone to school. This happened in the first week of June for 3.5 weeks, then she became alright on her own. Now again she has got it back. I'm very worried. I have shown her to different specialists including a Neuro & psych. Please advise.

My father aged 59 edited to alcohol 24 hrs day.always in obsession on others and family members not having peacefully mind and not letting us live happily.he needs help which we are not able to change his mind .he speaks abusive words to all of us and says I don't know what I said in last nite which we cannot accept those.my mother was the main victim of his activities and she will do something in that anger to herself or to father. We are having our minds thinking here whatever work we are doing.....please guide what needs to be done.

Hello doc, I was taking an unprescribed medicine called " neurobion forte" since 4 months, for stress and anxiety. I have stopped the intake from today. The question is Is it okay I stopped it immediately, instead of a slow one? Dosage I was taking was: one tablet at night after dinner.

Victim of child harassment(cousin). Now in a 2nd abusive relationship. I do love my bf a lot. But we fight often(with 1st bf also). Is there any connection or problem with me only? I have heard adults with such childhood will fall prey to bad relationships. I personally crave for other's appreciation. I am totally unhappy inside with a very active life to outside. Dear Doctors, My parents are suffering from alcohol addiction and alcohol abuse. I am sure this is how it has been for the last 25 years or more, considering I'm 25. Everytime my parents consume alcohol, I feel they are more open to disclose a bothering problem about each other (even something small and ridiculous to fight over) and fighting like dogs. There has been cases where the neighbour had to come down due to the extreme noise created. As a child, I have always hated them for this. But with age, I have tried explaining to them how it affects us and the family and how they should stop drinking. But they only take it personally and say I am not perfect either and I do not have the right to preach them. Today I have reached a point where I do not want to live with them, just to escape this drama everyday and night. But my brother has to live through this everyday. I know my parents need professional help to come out of the addiction. But I do not know where to start. Please help

My doctor has prescribed me aripiprazole 5mg and olanzapine 5mg for bipolar disorder. But I feel very sleepy and low on energy. These tabs don't have any effect on my mood swings. What should I do now?
