Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Your peoblem is a bit complex here.
You need to understand that counselling and medications will be required for you.
I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
Also start practising yoga and meditation like my colleague mentioned.
Best regards.

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Your description does sound like you are going through emotional problems and depression. Consult a psychiatrist for an assessment. You will benefit from first ruling out any organic / medical causes. Then cognitive behavior therapy, yoga and other lifestyle changes will help. Moderate to severe depression needs treatment with medicine. Also address any underlying stresses. Regards
