hi, try and find one person you can trust in your family and make a conscious effort in doing this. share your feelings with that person. you have to make a conscious attempt. if problem persists , please visit a psychologist in your area, he/she will guide you. take care
It is always good to vent out your feelings and share your thoughts with someone. You must identify someone you trust the most and talk to him/her. If you are facing any psychological issues you can talk to a psychologist.
