Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

Hi! This life that God has given us is precious. At your age having pimples is common. That does not make you ugly. Learn to love yourself. There are bound to be many positive qualities of yours. Find out and groom them. Meditate to have peace. Slowly you will find that you are able to concentrate better. Make friends and learn to sustain friendships. Listen to your parents and try to communicate with them. The environment is bound to change with your positive attitude. Good luck!
