To be honest, medication does not play a huge role in BPD.Rather you need good counselling from a psychologist.Patience is the key,you have to support the psychologist as a team.

Hi a very good evening to you . Firstly fluctuating mood , negative thoughts about self , future and relationship are a part of Emotionally Unstable Personality / Borderline Personality . The response to treatment takes a long time . Do not loose hope . Consult your Primary Psychiatrist regularly so that you can be helped out of crisis phase and regular followup with Clinical Psychologist will help in better management of symptoms as the therapy progresses . Thank you .
