I an having anxiety and panic attacks very often in a single days specially night. I am a medical student always thinking something negative only.. Pls help !!!

Extreme behavior most of the times. When I am happy I am really happy, when I am upset I am really upset. I pick up fights with loved ones for no reason, especially my boyfriend. Even the slightest thing sets me off and sadly he becomes the target. Don't mean to do that, but I have no out for all the anger I feel for the stupidest reasons. Binge eat a lot. To the point that I have managed to gain more than 25kgs in 3 years. Have been told by my doctor that I need to lose the weight but still cannot stop eating junk food. I want to lose the weight but food is the only thing that makes me feel better. And I get super anxious about each and everything. Whenever my boss calls me in, I feel like I am gonna get fired. When I get an unexpected call, I think its a bad news. I always think its something negative. I moved to a new place 3-4 months ago and I have no friends at all, not even at work. I think about getting in touch with old ones but I just don't. Sleep is also an issue. Help.

For the past few years I've realised I panic very easily and if a situation doesn't go according to my wish I get paranoid. I've been cheated on before and this makes it difficult for me to trust anyone. I doubt people and I think everyone will abandon me. It's creating a havock in my life and I'm constantly sad and cry a lot. I want to get over my insecurities and lead a happy life. I feel everyone hates me and this makes my self esteem go down even more. I need to get over this but I don't know how.

I am suffering unexplained pain in my head back& upper,not mood any activity excessive sleep,but concentration memory no problem hopless life now i am suffering this past one year i consulted psychiatrist i had tablets 3 months but not cure what happened I don't no what i do no any expectations

Hi, this is about my father. He is a senior citizen. It is hard to predict his temperament and mood. For no reasons he is always angry and shouting and the very next moment he is calm and quiet doing his own work. I assume he is suffering from severe anxiety and depression. He forgets almost everything told to him. he yells in his sleep, has problem talking to others (superiority complex) and many more. it is difficult controlling him.

Violent nature, depression, reputation of words, taking in mind a single word . Always try to destroy the things. Listen different words as said.

I suffered from schizophrenia and right now I am alright. I want to tamper the medicines. I want to nullify the dose. Can I tamper it. Please give me your valuable suggestions

I would like to ask your opinion on my brothers mental health issues for applying to govt private defence sector as his father is doubtful on his mental health

I'm in love with a girl from 6-7 years and I had confessed my feelings for her but she didn't & wants to remain friends. She didn't come in a relationship because of her family and got married off last year but after 2 months of relationship now they are getting divorced. And now she's back in my life again and I care for her and I cannot think anything apart from her. I'm drowning in my own thoughts, because of this cannot focus on anything. My parents are now asking me to get married but I don't want to.

Hello doctor, I need to undergo an arthroscopic acl reconstruction surgery next month. But I'm on medicines for psychic illnesses. My medicines are: LURAMAX 40, APIZOLE and SIZOPIN...will there be any complications because of these medicines before the surgery? Should I stop these medicines before surgery? If so, how long should I stop these medicines before surgery? Please help me. Thank you.
