I've been on steroids for bodybuilding and taking injectable steroid cycles for about 3 years off and on. I recently decided to stop and focus on other things in life and suddenly I stopped my workouts, changed my diet, stopped supplement intake. I have cut off from people, have started over thinking a lot. I stay sad and low. I lack the motivation to do anything in life which earlier was totally different. My curiosity for fixing this led me to get hormonal tests and body profile tests. The tests show that I have lower than normal levels of "free testosterone" and low levels of SHBG. My HGH level according to C.L.I A is 0.07 ng/ml. I need to get my life back in action and get back that self confidence. Please help. Thanks.

Hello, my bf is having too much tension regarding his job n career, lack of finance problem, family prblm, our future etc. He is the only main person in his family in financial terms. He wants some space from me n m giving him that space but i dnt knw how to answer his frustated n tensed or negative questions. He is also being negative towards relationship. I want to ask that should i have to call him or msg him by my side. Or i have to wait for his cal or msg. Basically, i want to divert his mind from his tension so that he will become normal or happy like he was two days before. Please help.

A very closer person is undergoing depression. The problem is that she firstly will not acknowledge that there is a problem and secondly will never visit ha doctor. For her going to a Psychiatrist is a sign of madness. I want to help her but, with her consent. He is upset all the time. Remains quite, has no confidence and runs away from everyone. I need help.
