Im 17 yrs old ...im studying in 12th standard. I can't sleep when i have an exam next day ...it first happend when i was giving my first exam of class 11th. I mean if i go to bed at 2:00 am after completing my revision i can't sleep ...some times time passes ...and i realise its morning. Due to this i can't focus on my exam that day.

Hi guys...I am not sure if I am just crazy or being idiotic as some time I do tend to be. It's just that am fully confused and not able to get to a particular decision. I super excited some time and other time get sad for no apparent reason. Am I alright??? ...any advice

Have been facing social anxiety and discomfort in facing people since I was 17. I can appear friendly and welcoming at outset but that happens sometimes only and have difficulty in making closer friendships. I always need someone by my side in any social situation or gathering. Cant be by myself. Now that I am in a job and undergoing training with altogether new people I am facing lot of difficulty in even stepping out of my room. I fear of being left alone as people form connections with each other. Don't know what to do. Please help.

Dear Doctor, My self Arka Banerjee. Self Employed running a courier business. For the past fer daya approximately about 15 days i cannot sleep well in night. altough i go to bed at 11pm i sleep almost at 2 am am waking up early about 7 am i. e i am getting approximately 5 hours sleep a night and feeling lethargic and depressed throught the day. Earlier i have anxiety problem and have been depressed about 2 years ago. since then i am taking nexito plus 1 tablet at night before bed. Any Solutions?

I have been diagnosed with OCD and Social Anxiety. I have been taking Fludac 20 mg, Sulphitec 50 mg, Lonazap MD 0.25, Fluvoxin CR 100 for the last 4-5 months. My condition has improved significantly. Do I have to take these medications for lifetime? When can I stop the medication? Please guide. Best Regards

My age is 23...I'm thinking more about something. From my childhood sometimes i feel and saw in my mind;gray color illusion. It is come on any time when I feel sadness or deep thinking. Frequent of illusion is coming at 2 to 3 months gap. is it problem ?

My nephew who is 16 years old and studying in 11th Standard in Bhubaneswar, Orissa always resist going to school. This problem has been since Class 8. Hello doctor, I am home alone for the past five years due to depression. Previously when I was at school, I had a good command over languages. But now I lost all my vocabularies and I'm currently in a very pathetic situation when it comes to speaking skills. I forgot languages. I find it very difficult to speak due to this. Could depression cause these problems? Please help me. Thank you.

From last 6 months i not able to focus on my work because of mood swings and anxiety which results in feeling lonely and frustration . I feel like throwing away everything. Though i have a settled job, good family environment still i feel very irritated with everything.Please help
