Respected Doctors !! My Name is Bilal Shah i am 31 years old Male. location Pune, Hinjewadi. I have been going through serious problem of panic disorder from last at-least 12 to 14 months. in the very beginning i anticipated a heart problem, i used to have at-least an ECG a day, it was coming every time, i was not stratified with ECG so doctor asked me to go for stress test and 2d Echo, fortunately reports again came good. I have been admitted to hospital many times because of this issue as i could never handle. I have been able to overcome this by my own almost 80% but even now when sometimes i have the attack i feel myself in a very miserable condition. i want a complete end of this problem. I had medication earlier but they were of no help so i stopped having all medicines, i am only taking aciloc as i face hyperacidity problem as well. Please advise me. My mom has medicinal phobia since many years, every one ignored it at the beginning but its too much now . she is not ready to visit any Psychiatrist Counselling , she gets angry on me when i say to visit any doctor (she feels i am mad to go to a Psychiatrist) , she is a Diabetes and High Blood Pressure Patient so she has to eat medicines twice a day and she cant eat them alone, she wants some one to be there around her to witness that she is eating medicines and takes half hour to eat 2 small tablets. she is writing the name of medicine/ time at which it has taken / date & day . and i think its not normal she should get cured from this Phobia. she gets too much stressed while eating those medicines. hope you will help me out.

Always in tension due to family issue, even I am trying to forget everything unable to do that it's now 40 days not sleep for a night. Tried sleeping pills but just sleep for 2 hours. Went to physian it also not benefited me. Please suggest how to come out from this.

Suffering from severe ocd for the past 9 years ,i think that i have forgotten the usual way of walking,i doubt a lot and get severe anxiety .
