Hi sir iam facing mental stress from last 6 months due to my work nature. I am civil contractor not able to take right decisions in work and I feel lot of stress. Main problem is not able to give correct response to my workers . Please suggest me how to control my stress. Thank you

I'm suffering from physical and mental health issues after learning that the person i loved is marrying someone else

I don't know where to start from.. i have frequent mood swings, can't concentrate on anything. I can't stick to a single decision. In 2014, i have completed my PG stilli culd'nt find a suitable job... The reason is I have a fear of rejection moreover i can't stick to a single decision. In 2015, I joined some company(Noida), after 3 months i left that job and started preparing for government exams. Again after sometime i stopped preparing and thought about job private sector. Now i feel like worthless, i know I can't do anything in my life. I can't even focus on my career. I am so upset with my life. Though the things were not same before... I was very sharp student, I had recieved so many scholarships and achievements, i was so proud but now everything is in vain. I really want to over come from this situation. I just need a guidance. Please help me

I feel like I am in depression. I am stuck to that only thing what happened with me in childhood. I need your help. These thoughts are killing me. I don't know what to do at end my mind says commit suicide you will get free. I don't want to loose myself. Please help me.

It has been 2 years since my father expired but mother has not been able to come out of that shock. She still longs for him and feels very lonely. She has suicidal thoughts when alone. We have already consulted two psychiatrists but the medicines do not suit her, what should I do?

Hi, offlate my relative is facing unusual issue. She suffers from pain in the nervous around the neck and shoulder. That was ok but offlate she has started getting these strange attacks where she cries and laughs in between. She gets disoriented during this 30 mins or so phase. I am not sure whether this is phycriatic issue or neurological issue. Please help

SINCE 2/3 MONTHS I AM SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION AND HYPERTENSION, LOST INTEREST IN EVERYTHING, LOST CONCENTRATION, NOT BE ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON WORK , LOST INTEREST IN EVERY SINGLE THING EVEN SOCIAL SITES DOESN'T ENTERTAINED ME THESE DAYS. AND THESE I AM GETTING IRRITATE ON SMALL SMALL THINGS AND GOT UPSET. HAVE LOST SELF CONFIDENCE.

Can't remeber things,feel disconnected,cant focus on anything ,while watching tv i cant even understand whats going on.And have moderate pain in neck that become worse when i move my head sideways or upward. The problem started when i did late night studies by constantly seeing down in the books on my bed. First i felt spinning sensation, I contacted to my doctor,he prescribed me some medicines for headache and spinning sensation.Although i didnt take all the medicines but my head ache and spinning sensation were gone. After that i am left with these problems. I had neck pain before this event but then it was acute but now it became chronic. Over 9 months are gone and no one can diagnose with my problem.(contacted many doctors in my city). Please help it is harming my studies. I am a cheerful man who always stays happy even in these situations and i don't think its a case of depression. Please help me

My brother can not express his feelings nor he can react to any situation.it's from probably from his birth .No medication given till now.he knows everything but without feelings
