Mental Health

I often feel depressed. I had the occasional Pani attack. Also mood swings. I'm not sure if if I have any mental problems or how to treat them.

Since past 2 years I m feeling anxious and frequent Headache...Hands shake ,the situation becomes worse during exams / tight schedule.

I have constant headache i am suffering from depression i am trying to be happy for the sake of others i most of the times feel offended less confident scared and hurt due to my past experience i sometimes feel lonels as well. Even a small thing makes me sad thinks about suicide attempt a lot of time

I'm feeling lonely since long it's been a month or two.I am not able to concentrate on alot of things like my studies,and different classes which I've joined.

Patient with mental disorder since 10years approximately. Age 30, suffering from thyroid and cholesterol increasing. Taking high dose of anxiety medicines. Period didn't came since last two months.

To change unwanted thoughts feelings from subconscious mind, and how to concentrate on a successful mind

I am married (love marriage) for 3 years, have been having lot of fights with my wife over silly issues. She keeps casually stating that this is a failed marriage and we need divorce. She says that I am staying with her because of some obligation and that there is no love. That is not true. I do get frustrated by her intransigence and continuous flip flop on everything. Every argument she tries to manipulate me to lose my temper and agree for divorce. On confronting she back tracks. After recent argument she wants me to move out of our rented house and stay separately. I don't want us to destroy our marriage, what should I do?

Im 30 yrs man and cant able to eat properly when i was even little tensed i feel vomiting sensation and cant able eat even single mouth.... but also i have same feeling during speak with strange one....

My friend aged 24 years. She is searching for job and worried  about her future. I noticed she is pulling her hair one by one. Now she got balled head. As per her parents, she is getting scared at night times. Her parents are worried about her as they are seeing matches to her. People round her created a believe like if she gets job then  dowry will be less. Please help me to guide my friend
