I have anxiety and depression from last 1 year,,presently im taking medicine from psychotrist but unwanted thinkinig is in my mind,,,tingling and numbnees in my body,,,pls help me how to get permenantly cure from this,,,or it is dangerous for life,,,my family is depend on me,,iam only taking care of mi family pls help me

Un necessary anxiety  in any particuler situation. letter some time sewating and felling uncomfertable

I don't know if i have anxiety or not , my stomach ct a, neck and head its are normal.this started when i suffered from sudden fear while walking back from gym, idk if a heard something inside my body or i overdid exercise , somehow i reached home,i suffered from back pain for few days, after that i kept on going to doctors of all kind, reports came normal, i went to a psychiatrist too he gave me antidepressants , but they just made them worse i guess, i felt wave running down my body, my body felt hollow , now i keep on thinking if any little thing aches or pains i want to go to a doctor, i keep on feeling hot water drops walking on my scalp, don't know what is happening.

My 13 years old daughter is getting very angry often and she cannot control it. She demands respect like a queen from everyone in the family and she wants anything to be fulfilled at once when she asks.

I've been suffering severe mood swings,anxiety problems, sleeping leg syndrome and weight gain. i've a history of hypothyroidism and pcod . recently i having suicidal tendencies and want to get rid of them .there is also a problem with memory and lack of concentration.

Chest pain that just doesn't go. Cramps in stomach. Headaches. Nausea. It kills me alot. I need help. Don't get enough sleep.

Lost interest in life mind always leads to commite sucide and not interested in any of the aspects of life

When I disturbed my hands are shivering. Too week .Feeling low and can't control my shivering . Can't concentrate

Fear increases going to particuler event like going to talk with girl. facing exam,some time unnecessary thing increases fear
