So I recently visited a counsellor who suggested me to take ayurvedic medicines. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me Medhavati and Sarasvatarista. Can I take them along with my ongoing psychiatric medicines like Venlafaxine, Lithium and Risperidone? Or will there be some serious side effects?

Hi , I have a history of anxiety disorder specially health anxiety from last 5-6 years . I was earlier taking paroxetine 12.5 mg which was managing anxiety well but switched to vortioxetine 10 mg twice a day due to sexual side effects of paroxetine. My anxiety worsened this year due to some personal events and started getting panic attacks again . My psychiatrist added bupropion 150 mg xl in my last appointment with vortioxetine with him but after that I read at many places that it worsens anxiety and I am afraid of starting this medicine so can anyone please confirm if it can be taken for severe anxiety and will not make anxiety worse as my next appointment is after a month because I am overseas .

For the past 3 days I’ve had heaviness + quick fatigue in my R hand — I can hold my phone but after some time it gets heavy/painful and I must put it down. Mild intermittent numbness on the Right cheek and dizziness/“out of it” feeling. R leg is normal, and there is no actual loss of strength — all activities on the R side can still be done normally. I have OCD meds were stopped for 4–5 days, then restarted; Zolpidem increased to 10–12.5 mg ( now sustained release.. Symptoms began after this. I had a similar episode last year; MRI brain then was normal. Want to know if this is med/anxiety-related or needs neuro eval.
