I m suffrng from depression... i cnt sleep several nights .. i m very much worried about my relationship. I m of 23 .. and married.. my relitionship is going as worse as it possible...i cnt hndle the situation and cnt talk to my parents as marriage was my own dcssion.. i m going mad.. i am nt able to do study bt job is very essential for me.. i was preparing for govt job bt now i cnt do study and all. I'm feeling very much helpless.. some times i feel that i should do suicide bt i dnt have such guts to do that..

My son who is 24 years old having very much mental stress and he did not share anything with us and if we ask that he denied to share any thing with us. Once we told him to come with us for doctor consultation he replied I am not mad I am not going any where and I did not share any problem with you I can solve it with myself. But this is continue around 4-5 months and day by day his behave is gone bad to worst with us if we ask anything what ever in his hand he broke immediately and become violent and also he is not ready to go any where with us. We are very much afraid for him. Earlier he smoke two or thrice daily but now a days there is no limit and not ready to listen any thing if we ask him. Therefore if any remedy or suggestion you have please give me so I can take care about him and solve this problem.

Frequent fit.mood swapping.aggression.crying frequently.not able to concentrate.mind gets distracted

I am getting anxiety issues, palpitations, shaking of hands frequently. I used to get this sometimes but it has increased now. My daily working getting affected due to this. I don't know what to who should I consult what should I do?

I am Bharath. A Singapore PR and working in Singapore for past 10yrs and I am looking for psychiatric for my Wife. She has been suffering from depression since 2010 after starting her first job in India (Chennai) and she was suffered from postpartum psychosis after giving birth to baby in Singapore NUH hospital on March 2015. She has been under medication for almost 2.5 yrs. But until now she keep on going to depression state and i can't able to take care of her. I am not sure why depression attacks during in medication too. She Start to cry for small things. She often lies in bed and thinking of future and started to worry a lot. She struggling to take care baby also. Please advice how to solve this issue permanently.

I have been running through mood swings ..I feel so happy sometimes n sometimes I got depressed too soon...M not getting whts happening to me i am suffering from sleepless nights....I feel like m bondage to moods...when I get happy I get too much happy even for small reason n get so ssoo sad for small reason..suffering badly from overthinking

My mom has been having a single delusion of a group of young boys trying to harm her with electronic devices. it has become so severe over last four years that she has to close all the doors and windows, wear plasters over her body to protect herself from them. she also thinks they are trying to harm other members of family. she is otherwise very sane and with good intelligence. please help. she refuses to come to a doctor. she gets angry and outbursts on denying her delusion or speaking of a doctor

My life is absolutely perfect. I have no reasons to worry about anything and yet, I end up overthinking and extremely depressed. I feel there are no emotions left inside me. I really need help. I barely talk to anybody anymore and I've lost interest in social life. I have been smoking a lot lately. I feel there's nobody in this world that could help or even talk and understand what I'm going through. Sometimes I'm really anxious. I feel lonely almost all the time. Please help.

I have been suffering from sleep disorder since 1 week. More I think about sleep more I got anxious and my hear beat starts beating very fast.

Tried different medicines in last 15 yrs for depression and anxiety which did not help but now able to work after taking methmild 20 mg in morning.Is there any more medicine which can help as have tried lot many with no benefits like fludac; oleanzplus; alprax; etc
