Stress, emotionally unstable
Nowadays I can't sleep anytime before 2-3 AM and wake up after 9 AM. I get angry, sometimes I cry of small things. I'm quite unsatisfied with my current work. It's very frustrating and I'm looking for new one but I get rejected every interview. I'm a bit emotional person. My family always thinks of me as a spoilt brat. I guess I am one. and Recently, I felt really bad when my bestfriend got a girlfriend. Now he does not spend any time with me. I stopped talking to him but I still couldn't stop stalking him. there are lots of small problems like this which keep me up all night and even when I travel. Do you think I should get a therapy?

Therapy is not just taken for disorder but also distress and dveleopment. In yourcase its lokk like a distress. Therapy will help for sure. Proper diagnosis is needed by a psychologist as depression and anxiety go hand in hand. As insomnia is more of anxiety related disorder and feeling low is depression. See a therapist that works on all three beliefs of negative view about self others and future. The hopelessness needs to be targeted first.
