Hi My 10 year old daughter has started showing signs of puberty from last t 15 days she constantly stimming like doing a particular neck movement and doing a humming soung ah ah...ah.. We went to her doctor he said it's a repetitive behaviour as she following instructions talking doing all her regular activities... I asked doctor about tics he said it's not tics, earlier also in past 2 years back same behaviour came and went in two / three months. The doctor increased her resperidone from 1.0 mg to 1.5 mg ( o.5 mg thrice in a day) My question it's 10 days I have increased dosage I cam see she calm happy playful but that behaviour is not settled,yes the sound is now in low volume but the frequency of doing is somedays same sometimes more. Can oleanz plus be taken two times a day? I am taking it two times a day from 3 days.earlier it was one time a day... In 3 days i only feel dizziness , laziness and a little bit sleepy feeling in eyes

I had few panic attacks around a month back with physical symptoms like numbness in my limbs, specially left leg and arm(jelly legs), heavy-headedness, dizziness persisting. Had done a brain MRI, spine MRI and a NCV test, while consulting a neurologist and the tests have all come fine, with no indication of any physical issue. I did get my b12 checked and there was a b12 defeciency, around 130. Got the injections necessary but with no improvement ,I was told the symptoms I am experiencing may not be be due to the vitamin defeciency. Recently consulted a psychiatrist and have been diagnosed with anxiety based on the symptoms and my experience. I have been prescribed with etilaam 20 pro(morning and before sleep)and nexito 5mg(after lunch) for 3 weeks. I am just concerned about any possible side effects or withdrawal symptoms that I need to be aware of. Also would like an overall opinion.

Hello Doctor, I am a student from Pakistan and also work part-time as a freelancer. I have IBS-C, which is significantly affecting my daily life, studies, and work. I have tried GI treatments, diet changes, and lifestyle measures with limited improvement. I’ve seen several patient experiences where IBS cured after psychiatric treatment focused on the gut–brain connection. Especially from Dr. Sanjay Jain or Dr. Suneet Upadhyay. Could you please advise: Can a psychiatrist help manage IBS, especially when anxiety or stress is involved? Is psychiatric consultation appropriate if standard IBS treatments are not working? Would an online consultation still be useful for guidance if I need to manage medicines locally? Thank you for your time.

My sister has ms problem related with brain and I have ocd related with brain my sister didn't recovered from 15 years so I am thinking my ocd will also not treated at least for 15 years

I have been taking sertraline and clonazepam for six months. From last two months clonazepam is on taper. Since day one my maximum dose of clonazepam was .125mg in morning and .25mg in evening. By now I have reached .062mg in evening following reduction in dose every 15 days. Now it is almost last stage. Since I have hyperacusis developed as a result of nihl, can I directly stop it after taking it for 15 days or have to further reduce and then stop.

My doctor prescribed it to me rexipra 5 mg and rexipra lx tab...is it low dose? But it work nicely from first day...
