Going through extreme ocd from last 20 years taking therapy with Uvox 200 mg and 3 mg clonotril a day as well an individual came to me after an unprotected sexual exposure and cried to me on my shoulder I had a deep cut on my thumb I wiped the individuals tear I washed my hand immediately with water but I'm worried if I could contract the virus can the individual be infectious within 24 hours of contracting the virus and does tears spread virus if it enters the blood stream someone please answer my query not able to handle my anxiousness I will be very grateful if one answers my query if this is considered a hiv exposure as I don't want to get my self tested and get into the cycle which could be compulsions and reassurances cause I have already got tested various times due to exposures which were not considered even a real exposure please kindly help me I'm living a very anxious and a troublesome life

I have taking medicine for bipolar almost 4 years my doctor adv not to stop medicine now am fully recovered. Doctor said also your recovered but she was said minimum dose should take life time like how bp Or sugar patient took daily medicinereally it is need to take medicine lifetime

I have been on clozapine 25 mg since 2018.Earlier i took pacitane 2 mg with it.In between i stopped .Now I am experiencing excessive tightness at back of my head .I want to know whether tightness is side effect of clozapine 25 mg and is due to stopping pacitane 2 mg or is it due to homeopathic medicine i have taken Moschus, Calcarea carbonicum, Lycopodium, carbo vegitab, Selinium, Aumina, Acidphosphoricum.should I start pacitane 2 mg again.

She is currently taking Lithium 400 mg twice daily, Clonazepam 0.5 mg, and Zolpidem 5 mg at night. She is now stable, and we would like guidance on safely tapering her medications using a gradual (hyperbolic) tapering approach. I am concerned about the risks of dependence and withdrawal, especially with long-term use of these medications. Greatly appreciate your guidance on how to safely taper with 5 percent cuts. Hello Doctor, I took rabies intradermal vaccine. After vaccination little vaccine with red dot blood came out. After vaccination the guy who gave medicine rub and touch my vaccination site. I asked there is little bleb so another guy touched my puncture site also. Now i am worried they giving many vaccines to many patients their hand surely contaminated with virus. How much of risk of hiv, also rabies and other diseases? Please answer i am very much worried.

Iam 30 year old female. I have been suffering from panic disorder since school days. I didn't even went to school properly this panic, I dont know this is anxiety those days. After I consulted at the age of 15 years old ,very famous psychiatrist doc gave me citas plus and zincovit tonic. Even I took the medicine I panic alot for small things . Later 2 times I consulted the doc and gave me citas forte and provonal forte. My panic is worse now there is so much tension panic and shock like in brain even for small situations or events. Suggest me any medicines and breathing exercises therapies.
