Hello doctor my son was facing adhd with moderate autism he is now 5 nd half years he is under psychiatry doctor treatment.. at one n half years he is facing fits. He doesn't have any hearing problem..and therepy also continue from last 2 years he is under treatment.. initially we recommend neuro doctor but doesn't see any kind of improve but recently hardly 2 months we change doctor psychiatrist.. medicine doctor has given levipil 250 and sizodon 1mg .. he is very hyperactive and facing sleep problem .. hardly 4 to 5 hrs is sleep problem gets cure please suggest what should I do for proper sleep .. for physical excercise at home half n hr I am giving therepies.. but still he doesn't feel tired what should I do is adhd with autism gets cure ..

I am from Mumbai. I went to Government Hospital, Sion Hospital, and asked my doctor if I could try Guanfacine ER because I already tried methylphenidate and atomoxetine, but both did not help much. The doctor told me that Guanfacine ER is not available in India. But in my last Practo post, many people commented that Guanfacine ER is available in India. Now I am confused. Should I try a different government hospital or go to a private hospital? I have a lot of hope for Guanfacine ER for my sleep problems, ADHD, and impulsivity. I cannot really afford private treatment, but if that is the only option, then I will somehow manage and go. Any guidance or experiences would really help. Hello Doctor. I was prescribed Sertraline 50 mg and Clonazepam 0.25 mg for anxiety and panic symptoms. I am worried about dependency and withdrawal, especially with Clonazepam. If I take these medicines as prescribed, is withdrawal common? How are these medicines usually tapered safely, and what side effects should I realistically expect in the first few weeks?

I have been struggling with sleep and energy issues for a long time. I rarely wake up feeling fresh or rested. Even after sleeping, I wake up tired, dull, irritated, or frustrated. Throughout the day I feel low on energy and unmotivated to do basic tasks. I’m also noticing memory and concentration problems. I forget simple things very quickly for example, sometimes I forget a password I set just a day before. I feel mentally foggy and distracted often.I don’t remember the last time I woke up feeling fresh. I always wake up tired, dull, frustrated, and low on energy. It’s affecting my daily tasks and motivation.  Please guide me on how to treat this and what could be causing it.

I am currently feeling very irritable, short-tempered, and restless. My mind does not stay calm or peaceful. I am unable to feel happy or relaxed, and often get a feeling of wanting to cry. I feel mentally exhausted. Additionally, I have a strong fear of arguments or conflicts. When someone else argues or raises their voice, my heart starts pounding (palpitations). I constantly feel that it would be much better if no one argues with me. This fear is also affecting me badly.

Took yohimbine for fat loss ( for 10-15 days) and having repeatedly anxiety attacks even on anxiety meds when try to do intense physical work where heart beat rises to a certain level then also experience anxiety attack what is the actual name of this problem and is it curable? I have anxiety some time depression last 10 years .. Doctor gave me elstroplram+ clozepam 10 mg elstroplram+ 0.5 mg combination for 3 months... Can 3 months use clozepam safe for me Can I plane elstroplram 10g alone

I am a student with recurrent anxiety and depression. I took escitalopram 10mg from January 2024 to April 2025 and did very well. Eight months after stopping, anxiety returned in December 2025 due to my father falling ill. This second episode was fifty percent milder than my first. I started sertraline 50mg which is working well for anxiety and depression. However sertraline is causing emotional blunting, apathy, anhedonia and low motivation badly hitting my studies. I have no drive or spark to study despite mood being better. Two weeks ago aripiprazole 2mg was added. Since then I have worse brain fog, lethargy, apathy, small mood highs and lows daily and poor sleep. Day twenty five now with no improvement. My questions are One:Stop aripiprazole given poor tolerance at lowest dose after twenty five days. Need tapering? Two : Is bupropion 150mg better augmentation for my apathy, anhedonia and low motivation with sertraline 50mg?
