I have frequent awakenings from past one year now with dry mouth and tinnitus and some time urination as well I am not diabetic and lipid and thyroid  are also normal. Tried clonazepam .25, .5 and zolfresh 5 as well it helped me to sleep quickly but 2 to 3 times per night awakenings are still there and I did 5 kms running every day didn't worked out. Didn't able to sleep 8 hrs constantly from past 1 year. Acidity is one more problem which is started due to lack of sleep Please help?

Last 4 years I am taking zapiz O. 25 tablet for sleeping I want to stop this tablet how to stop this medicine after taking this madicing my eye being tired and dowzy Freshnese not come . without sleeping pil sleep feel disturb. Please advice

1) Can I take nexpro 40 mg tablet with vsl  prebiotic  capsule and vortioxetine together . 2) Can I take cholesterol tablet which is rosalaren f 10 with this medicines. Or do any medicine has interaction.

From past 2 months I am facing the problem but now it has increased. The problem is my frequent memory loss like i just forget what i did few minutes or hours ago, where i kept my things. Secondly, i facing speech problems, shivering of legs and hands too much, panic attacks, anxiety, severe headaches and also insomnia. I have routine going on for 2 years. Waking up for office, coming home, having dinner, sleeping and then repeat. I have a history of PCOS, Vitamin D deficiency and I have been an introvert in my school days. I have been an under confident person almost my whole life but it has changed in some past years. My home situation emotionally is not that good as my father is an conservative person so it makes it difficult for me. Constantly feeling disrespected, rejected and triggered when someone argues with another person. It feels like everything is falling apart and nothing is right. I keep staring at one place when I am alone and keep thinking of useless things. I try to be happy but inside it feels like I can literally fall down on my knees and start crying. Sometimes these feelings suffocate me to an extent that I cannot breathe. Sometimes I am so happy and feel that everything is working out. Whenever I come home, for some reason I require peace and silence and don't want any noise.
