I have taken overdose of risperdone and cozac for my ocd now I am feeling pain in my head and in my heart is this because of overdose of medicines and what should I do now

Some thought like a phrase or a word or a dialogue comes in my mind suddenly and interrupts my actual thinking then suddenly disappears in 2-5 seconds but I immediately forgets that thought completely. Appears at least 10 times a day for one years. When it appears I tried to immediately write that down or say it loud but can't and immediately disappears and I forget leaving me confused. At that  episode if I read or hear someone saying I can read and hear but can't understand what they say or read,  as this interrupts my concentration. Even while speaking if that confusion appears I stop for a while and sometimes I misunderstand what someone say as this Intrusive thought overlaps with what they say or what I hear from TV or phone...

Two years before i got panic attack. From that i feel dizzy while walking and while sitting, during eating and affects my day today life. Is this due to anxiety? Im worrying more about this dizziness.

I am getting so high intrusive thoughts like harming someone I unable to control it so easily ,my medicine cozac and risperdone increased my ocd I have taken it for reduce ocd not increase ocd what should I do now please help me how could I reduce these high thoughts quickly

While buying Momos from a roadside vendor I have seen that he is making fire from woods on roadside and giving momos after touching roadside woods and aper for burning. Does this incident is a risk for Rabies infection or just my OCD?

From last three to four days I feel that I'll fall on the ground while I'm walking. Specially on road, on footpaths while walking. I Don't know what's going on, I've consult with EnT, done all tests within one year, my physician said this is happening because of my anxiety. What should I do know? I think I can't go outside smoothly.

I was given eacitalopram 10 mg , took it for 1 week , wanted to go for CBT and didn't wanted sexual side effects of ssri , is it safe to quit without taper , i don't have severe anxiety , only mild , I am going for CBT, do I need to taper  eacitalopram 10 mg after 1 week use or quit without taper .

I am taking cozac and risperdone from 14 days for my ocd my symptoms increased why would it happened and what is the solution
