Falling sensation While walking
From last three to four days I feel that I'll fall on the ground while I'm walking. Specially on road, on footpaths while walking. I Don't know what's going on, I've consult with EnT, done all tests within one year, my physician said this is happening because of my anxiety. What should I do know? I think I can't go outside smoothly.

This sounds like anxiety-related dizziness / fear of falling, especially since ENT and medical tests are normal. Anxiety can cause imbalance sensations and make walking outside feel unsafe. What helps: • Don’t avoid going out completely—gradual exposure helps recovery • Practice slow breathing when walking • Reduce caffeine, ensure good sleep and hydration • Consult a psychiatrist for anxiety management (therapy ± short-term medication) This is treatable and reversible with proper care.
