I have been prescribed diazepam to relax me - I have anxiety but sometimes recently I get too stressed and that's when i use it. I also use it to try to sleep as I have insomnia. Would I be better with sleeping tablets instead? Also prescribed sertraline been 6 weeks now. When's the best time to take it if your having trouble sleeping?
