Vitamin d deficient
Hi, I am a student and i am preparing for govt. exam. From the last 2 weeks, I was feeling as if my right side of the brain is numb and I was not able to solve any question and 2 days back it got worse and felt as if the whole right body is not responding. I went to emergency in hospital and they first checked the bp which was 140/90 and diagnosed me with anxiety attack and gave me a medicine. I got my vitamin d checked which came out to be very low- 4.5 and the doctor told me that req. Levels are at least 25-30. I wanted to ask could that be the reason that I have lost my thinking capability, I feel no emotions, sometimes I have to move my legs to feel if they are working or not and even though I feel tired I am unable to sleep. Pls advise
