Insufficient Deep Sleep
I have difficulty falling asleep if there is even the slightest of noise or disturbance in the room. I don't feel well rested after waking up despite being in the bed for sufficient hours. I get woken up at 3-4 am, the time at which one is supposed to be in deep sleep, if there's any sound like someone snoring. Have been facing this issue for the past three years. Please help.
