Pain and fearness starts from lower abdomen goes up word to brain , body gets cold , hands and legs , vomiting tendency . less active , little sense

I've been with headache, nerves bursting out with pain and runny nose. I am even suffering from Chronic Sinusitis.

I am praveen , 30 yrs young, completed BE in 2015. after many attempts. feeling inferior Not able to get along with anybody, feeling lonely, i need help from somebody who can motivate, train and take me to interviews till i get a job.

When I m walking I feel now I can fall anytime and feel vibration in body. N feel very weaknesses. I can't feel normal in duty during time. Most of time I feel I m in drank that time I can't stand my head stand. I thingking that this problem creating from my mind. I can't share this my friends for my shame. For the last 4 days ive been having minor attacks where I'll get dizzy and my heart rate will increase, trouble breathing but today I had a major attack and could barely breathe at all, my heart rate was extremely fast, and my mind was completely mush i couldnt focus on anything

Was usually stressed since childhood.. Didn't done any physical active under my childhood, There was none of any friends contact too. I used to be very alone.. My mind just used to think only...!! I started collecting or looking situations in awkward manner.. So that I haven't done anything else than my study,there's lack of potential to control over myself, I look myself down than the others sometimes.. Different feeling comes in my mind.. Less confidence over myself..do What do I do

My gf is my causin's daughter-in-law and i want to marry her but my parents are not in favour becouse my causin family totally not happy with causin'wife. My parents thinks that the problem which they are facing, they dont want to face it. Firstly my gf wants to marry with me...i dont even think of it...bt now i want to marry her..she is refusing bcose my parents are not in favour...i m basically from delhi...working in hyderabad..feeling loneliness..my mind 24 hours thinks the condition...
