Bad mood swings... as a direct effect of unsuccessful relationship with family and friends

I have problems in my shoulder both I can't do my daily work Even the my knees also troubles

Hi, 5 months ago i tried pot brownies, i had never done that, so oblivious i had 3 or 4 small slices, once it hit me i had a panick attack and ended up in the ER with high blood sugar and tachycardia, in the morning my blood levels where all right, i did blood work after that, the results where all normal, but the past 5 months i don't feel like myself, i was never a full of energy outgoing guy but i was able to enjoy myself all the time, it's not the case now.

She is moving her head like a ghost. Plz tell me what should I do for her. She is not good. She is crying and moving her head up and down , right and left like a ghost. So plz tell me .. I am in tension When she gone In temple so she got out of control. When I ask what's your problem. So she doesn't tell me. She was crying only. My family is in very depressed from her behaviour.

Sometimes not able to sleep associated with stress also not able to sleep in afternoon ND bcoz of this got headache Not able to concentrate on study it occurse since 4 yrs. No self control like if I want to call someone then I any anyhow I want to talk him I called soo many times if dont recive call or dont talk then continue think about that dont want to eat dont want to study no interest in anything.

I have a habit of thinking too much which usually leads me depressing. I m not able to express myself. I lack confidence. I get mood swings even after a happy day i end up yelling at my bf.

Anxiety..depression..insomnia..shivering..tension..pain in chest muscles...slight body temperature... .

Though, never visited any mental health specialist before, I have reasons to believe that I am suffering mentally. And before going for any medication I want my brain scan to be done to pinpoint the issues first. What is the feasibility of brain scan and how effective a detailed brain scan like MRI will help to know the problem with me .

Sir I'm suffered by OCD since three years .Im taking madication.doctors says me that u need lifetime medication as this will correct?And can I do the job of my profession as an engineer....

I've have hypertension and getting very angry for simple things and I cant even study
