I think i am in depression , i am not able to sleep properly . There is an issue in my life going on .that is the problem .due to this i can say 24 hour my mind is not relax. Firstly i dont sleep well .if there is a one or two hour sleep still mind do not get relax .there is dream present related to issue in sleep.please help me i want to sleep properly.

I am dating a girl from last 2 years and we fought a lot because of my lies. I don't know whether I love her or not but just by hearing the news that she is going to get engaged by October, I am feeling very sad. I don't know whether it's love or just an attachment. I feel like I am loosing everything, I am just thinking of dying. I don't know what to do.

I get this uneasy feeling of my stomach being crunched when certain thoughts run through my mind. For no reason, I feel sad, frustrated, irritated because of the anxiety. Maybe the memories of past of the fear of the future is causing all this. But I'm not sure. All I know is that I don't feel good when I get this feeling. My age is 56 years. I underwent an operation for fibroid removal about 9 years back. Since past 30 days or so... I have lots of cough . I am experiencing severe tiredness, fatigue and terrible leg ache. I am not able to sleep at night and continuously face emotional disorders. I feel like crying and unhappy all the time. I spoke to many doctors but nothing helped. I also undertook a detailed blood test wherein my haemoglobin was 11.1 range (13-17) and Lymphocytes 17.1 range (20-40) .Please help

Dear Sir, I am engineering student my father is also from same profession he is suffering from anxiety disorder he is prescribed on tranxene since long.Suddenly tranxene has become unavailable in pakistan therfore he can't take it as per his prescription(5+5 mg/day) My request is just that ! How to teart the tranxene withdrawal symptoms? Kindly prescribe me any medicine If possible !! I will be very grateful to you for your kindness !

As soon as I wake up, I feel mild vibrations in my head. Sometimes they subside quickly but sometimes they stay for a few hours. I have been taking Depranex for past 5 months. Could it be a side effect? Pls advise what I should do?

Hello, recently I visited psychiatrist and he prescribed me clonotril 0.25. And I'm taking it twice a day but it's not working. What am I doing wrong?? Please help me out on how to take this pill. Is this pill require to disperse in water or can be taken directly like other pills. Any help will be appreciated. I'm asking on practo because I visited aiims & I cannot contact that doctor. Thanks
