Can i have heart attack if I am suffering from anxiety disorder. I sometimes feels very bad if I will die soon. I keep on searching the Internet about heart attack and I am worried a lot about my health. I am on medication from last 2.5 months for anxiety and depression. Can you tell me if it is normal or I am taking a lot of time to recover

How long I have to take nexito. It has been almost 2.5 months I have been taking this. My doc started with 10mg and now currently I am on 20mg prescription.

I am a very low confident person, I forget things very quickly I have mood swings very often and kind of self-centered person I like to gain people attention there was a time when I used to do things to seek other's attention. I do very silly mistakes in my work suppose if I am sending an email to someone I'll forget to add the attachment to it. All of sudden I'll start feeling low or sad without any reason or sometimes I'll feel happy and enthusiastic, my mind is occupied with thoughts always.

One of my family member don't look normal ,mostly person is sad and worried don't talk too much .but if person is talking she stammer and if gets angry totally outburst. I told many times to seek help of doctor but person totally refuse it and tells that person don't even need doctor so what I'm I supposed to do
