My wife gets too excited when we had a fight or issue. she acts very strangely and beats her head strongly with her hands multiple times..all her body shakes in anger and depression..cries loudly..does she has any severe mental problem..do I need her to take to mental institution?!

I don't get sleep properly now a days, it been more than few weeks , some days it comes early as in by 11.00 or 11.30 md some days it comes by 3.30 or 5.00 . I don't know why is it happening and what to do ..

I kind of always feel low...sudden anxity on small things...extreme irritation..anger..depression...

I am 30 year old...divorced and i get angry very easily on my family member. Very short term with them but not out side home. Feel disturbed not easy for me to make any decision. Specifically from my personal life. Not so good with my professional life as well.

I have severe cough and cold since Thursday. But from yesterday I am unable to control my mind. I took tablets for cold and cough and took tonic also. Even though it induces sleep, my mind refuses to sleep. If I order my mind to sleep , it won't obey. Thoughts are going in my mind.. Preciously I had sleep disturbance due to stress. Normally I went to bad during sleep time , but unable to sleep for 1 hour due to ovethinking. I couldn't sleep last night. Slept around 4.30am.Mind refuses to sleep

I am not able to sleep at night from 2 days, i feel like i need to go to toilet and my whole night gets wasted like this, help me put please.

Some thing unusal ..like in excess happiness and joy & sometimes it seems saddened
