I had been effected of insomnia from last couple of months. So i have searched in practo for medications about the same. What should i do? Before now i had this problem in last 2 yrs ago.

I've been taking medicines for depression and anxiety for last 9 months. But I have got no results. I feel I have no purpose to live this life. I need counseling​ desperately.

I had dengue last month. It was not diagnosed at earlier stage as reports showed typhoid. However suddenly bleeding started and it lasted for 5 days. In the second blood test report dengue was diagnosed. It took a long time to diagnose the exact issue and start the medication. Now i feel dizzy all the time. My head floats and sometimes i even experience headache. Is that all happening because of dengue?

How to be positive always?? Am trying to take everything positively but it doesn't works after few days. I want to know how to stick to my decisions. Am always making some decisions but unable to follow that. Help me to change myself

I used to have sudden pimple type allergies on lower part of lip and chin, and I used to take honey in morning along with Lemon and I am taking anti-anxiety treatment also like MDD xr50 one in morning and one zolfresh 10 mg in night , as I m having issues with lots of rethinking and that causing troubles to my sleep and anxiety. Please suggest.

My Father and my brother have a parent child issues and they do not communicate much. Both of them think they are right from their places and none of them is ready to solve the issues. This has been straining our family since a while. I would like to overcome this

As a child of naracist father stressed from childhood. Due to Stress experiencing no sleep, memory loss, no concentration, impatience, angry/anxiety etc. I would like to know how I will get solution, by stress management psychology or any medicine for sleeping.

This headache occurs everyday at fixed timings and lasts for 30-40 minutes. Can you suggest me medicine to reduce headache temporarily.
