I have been feeling empty a lot lately. I'm crying most of the days because of my problems. My sleeping habits changed, constantly waking up at night. I'm feeling sleepy and tired all the time. I'm gaining weight and I'm craving for junk food. I'm feeling hungry but I'm not eating enough. I've tried harming myself 2-3 times in the past two weeks. I feel like nobody really understands me. I took few depression tests online and it said I have depression. I just wanted to know if I have it or not.
