Social anxiety
I am afraid of people and talking to them. My heartbeat goes high, also after talking to some person for time, i get uncomfortable. Too afraid in going alone market, interview, for any exam. I feel loose motions, dizziness and unable to sleep. When i talk to higher authority or more intelligent people my mind goes blank. Afraid in going malls. Don't like being the center of attraction. Travelling in metro alone is such a pain for me. too much shivering in hand. Unable to take stand for self

Symptoms you are describing suggest having social anxiety disorder along with panic attacks. These occur due to chemical changes in the brain and are treatable. There is nothing to be ashamed of consulting a psychiatrist and take medication. It can also be treated with psychotherapy along with medications.
