Social Anxiety
I think I have social anxiety. I don't feel like going to office meetings. Sometimes I have a fear of talking to any person. While giving presentations in office, I shiver and lose my voice. My heartbeat increases rapidly.

Social Anxiety Disorder responds very well to both medicines and psychotherapy. Choice is yours. You should consult a Psychiatrist and hope to get better in few weeks. But remember to continue full treatment after getting better, as there is high likelihood of relapse after discontinuing treatment in between.
