I had started treatment as per given But still I feel immature n impatient M not feeling well. Also after taking ativan m feeling more drowsy I didn't start meditation and wrigighting for review

My wife (Pooja Dahiya) is suffering from Enxity, pain in half hand & leg (Both). This is happening after Miscarriage of two month due to heavy blood lost. We have done obortion on 14th june this year. After this she is sufeering for Enxity and pain. I have hospitalized my wife in july month. Have chekc up all tests. All are normal. Expect that there is stone in Gal Blader. We have remove Gal Blader through Laser opertion in this moth 12 th sep. But the situation is same as per previously

I feel depressed and fell like crying all the time. Nothing seems to make me happy .I have recently been married and shifted to hyderabad. My job role has changed and my job is of a cashier.I am hating my job but my family is not supporting me to leave it. My mother she is 43 years old recently my house environment was not very good all of them were quarreling to each other and after few days my mother says that someone is whispering in her ears to do this do that and she is not getting enough sleep even in night she keeps herself awake and staring at roof and weeps sometimes when I ask anything she tell me that everything is fine

When I get upset I start hitting myself by slapping myself, hitting head against wall and then start crying.

I consulted some doctors online about the symptoms of ADHD. They told me to directly consult a psychiatrist for evaluation. They also said that the doctor would need to know about my clinical history and also involve my parents for getting more info. I want to know about the procedures and methods used for diagnosis and and I really don't want to inform my parents about this. I have nothing particularly noteworthy in my clinical history. Can the evaluation be done without involving my parents?
