A few years back a cat jumped on my head and caused a scratch. I took complete dose for rabies. During last diwali I had a lump in throat sensation and at that time a doctor said that rabies can strike after years also since then I searched for rabies symptoms on Google and am fearing it since then. I had an endoscopy last month which revealed that lump sensation was due an ulcer and it has healed recently. However other symptoms like numbness, headache, indigestion has not gone. Please help

My mother constantly talks to herself and someone imaginary in Marathi. She does not respond to real world people around her unless she's called to. Even if we talk to her, she speaks to us for that moment and goes back to her world. She rows as she does it. She was on medication for this since many years. The tablet she takes is sizodon plus. It is not being helpful. Also, she's not willing for a doctor's visit. Hence, I am needing guidance on how to help her get back to life.
