Hi, i m suffering from excessive sleep all time i feel sleepy but not comfortable sleep i use to wake up in night frequently even in day as well i use to have small sleep as well in that i use to go in deep sleep never fell refreshed after every sleep i searched about it and find its sleep apnea. please tell me what to do and share your address.

Hello my name is jordan i have been smoking weed for around 3 years now and about 3 weeks ago when i smoked a joint i got really high and i had 4 cans of cola in the space of a hour and i felt really chilled n then i started to panic and got shortness of breath and my legs was shaking and i got muscle tensions and ive stopped smoking it 2 and a half days ago and my lef side is abit swollen and ive been javing panic attack and anxeity is this bad withdrawel symotoms becaus ei smoked quite alot

I am an egoist person since childhood after my marriage I have got two childrens but due to some social problems we are living in a nuclear family and i started suffring from inferiority complex since last few years as my expectations regarding some issues were not achieved. The problem has compounded since a month that whenever i go to some social setting or to perform simple tasks i am siverring and constantly thinking and scar about derogatory remarks from people and may harm me or defame me.

I have been having meltdown and frustration issues from a couple of months, i get better for a day or two and then it again starts, i am also dealing with low self esteem isssues.

Sir i have a problem that i can't sleep properly .i lie down on bed for 2-3 hrs but can not sleep properly. i tried to many times but all is wain. is there any problem if it than suggest me soln over it

I'm having frequent mental breakdowns, lack of good sleep, disturbed sleep, i'm always tired, i tend to overeat. There's a constant sinking feeling. I don't feel happy very often. Things which used to make me happy, i find them uninteresting. I'm getting socially cutoff.

My mum is ill, she is depressed and caused cancer again..... Since i am observing her closely I observed the above beliefs deeply embedded in her mind...... she is unable to get rid off it..... and I also don't know how to deal with it........... I firmly believe that our mind is significant organ though it is invisible.... I just want to know how to find the best therapist for my mum... ??? Can anybody help me???

My mom is recommended 2 tabs of olimelt 2.5 at night. Wanted to know if this is harmful for her. She is 74 yrs old sufferring from delusions and hallutionations, suspicions of people around her. She makes imaginary talks and thinking people communicae with her via air messages. How soon will i see effect from oliment and will she be normal again?

Hi Doctor, Patient Ms. Tripti, is having thyroid and is under medication for the same, she was having mild headaches since couple of months but than suddenly the headache became continues and severe. We consulted dr and he priscribed Medrol for 5 days and Topamac twice daily for 6 weeks and Nemdem 250 for emergency. After Medrol dosage her pain intensified and now it is unbearable. The doctor had suggested that this could be migraine and given medicine taking her thyroid and weight gain conditions in mind. Somehow due to pain intensification we do not want to show the doctor and need your help to subside the pain at least. Your suggestions will really help us, patient is in really severe pain. Just to add Medrol dosage of 5 days is over and Topamac she has stopped.
