Suggest some lifestyle changes for Anxiety Disorder... Kindly guide me... I am suffering from crippling anxiety...

I am suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Erectile dysfunction.. I am on following medications I am taking drugs for this.. 1.Vortioxetine 1-0-0 2.Tab.Restful 1-0-0 3.Tab.inderal 20mg 1-0-0 4.Tab.Clonazapem 0.5mg 0-0-1 This Erectile dysfunction is ruining my life... Kindly Give me some suggestions to get out of it... I am on clonazapem 0.5 since september 2023 sir.. Is that Ok sir... Sorry to disturb you sir.

8 months before doctor recommended me fluextine 20 mg. I am okay now but not able to leave the medicine. Doctor told me to leave it now. If I leave the medicine for 10 days, I get panic attacks. Can I continue it for lifelong. Can I take it occasionally .

I am taking drugs for this.. 1.Vortioxetine 10mg 1-0-0 2.Tab.Restful 1-0-0 3.Tab.inderal 20mg 1-0-0 4.Tab.Clonazapem 0.5mg 0-0-1 Problems iam facing 1.There is always mild dizziness in my head 2.I feel a bit sleepy in afternoon 3.i feel unstable sometime 4.My tounge is tasting like a salt.. 5.There is some sort of pressure in my chest area After 1 month i didn't feel any big difference.. What shall I do?

My mother had attempted suicide on 04/02/24.She had got stroke on that night. We admited her she went into coma. She was discharged from hospital on 13/02/24.Ct scan showed mild stroke.She had depression and insomnia before that incident. She was already taking Ativan 1mg Rivotril 0.5mg Sensival 25mg Sizodon 1mg Now she is having insomnia and she is very much depressed. She is not interested in anything just want to end her life. Please guide me on what to do in this situation

I am having social anxiety in daily life...i felt really troubled in day to day activities...got consultation took medicine but still it is there ...when will this end...i want to end this up...

I have tried medicine like ssris,antipsychotic, for 2 years . Also tried clozapine for treatment resistant ocd but nothing happened. No medicine is working . Doctors say me to go for rtms therapy. What should I do ? Can I get well from medicine is there any chance or rtms is last option?

I am suffering from severe cardiophobia. I can't do day to day activities because of constant fear and I lost weight too. Not sleeping properly and overthinking constantly. All of my tests ecg tmt and 2D echo are normal. I went to psychiatrist and he prescribed me prosag sr 25mg and clonotril 0.25mg two times in a day is this medication correct???

For how long does clonazepam withdrawal symptoms last ? Can i get withdrawal for years or so ? I am sleeping fine but i feel this internal movement kinda thing
