If you felt no improvement there are 2 options you can stop the medications and try to carry on with your life with occasional counselling as needed Or consult your psychiatrist and seek alternate medications. Good luck

The dizziness and afternoon sleepiness can be because you might not be getting enough sleep at night or maybe disturbed sleep. Sometimes it can even be a side effect of inderal or clonazepam. And vortioxetine is probably not working for you , since it has been a month, you can ask your psychiatrist to try an alternative antidepressant. Clonazepam can be dependence causing if taken beyond 3 weeks, i advice you to discuss with your psychiatrist and taper it off and switch to some other alternative for sleep.

Kindly revisit your psychiatrist as you require change in medication vortioxetine is an excellent antidepressant but milder compared to others so a change in medication should help you , vortioxetine is generally a safe and weight neutral antidepressant
Next Steps
Revisit your psychiatrist and explain the same

Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient. In addition, detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every patient to make a diagnosis and the management of the case accordingly.
Next Steps
Treatment is always directed towards the diagnosis. What were your initial symptoms is not clear. Medicines do have their effects and side effects too. Some of the doses of the drugs are to be adjusted as per response and side effects. Some can be withdrawn and can be taken on SOS basis too.
Health Tips
Discuss your problems with your mental health professional.
