I have anxiety it was severe at one point but then with medication (Etizolam) it was managed and reduced very much but since my exams have started my anxiety came back again in my life, what are the treatment options available beside medication?

it could be due to exam stress...try to do yoga, breathing exercise in the morning..if not getting relieve even after doing all this..consult a psychiatrist.
