It's very common in growing and competitive world, it's not a big problem if treated within time, mostly seen after covid... Kindly consult online or in clinic if you r from Raipur (CG)... U vil alright for sure👍
Occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. You might feel anxious when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test, or making an important decision. But anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry or fear. For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. Restlessness or feeling wound-up or on edge
being easily fatigued
difficulty concentrating or having their minds go blank
irritability
muscle tension
difficulty controlling the worry
sleep problems (difficulty falling or staying asleep or restless, unsatisfying sleep)
these are some of the symptoms
If the same occurs only during social situations then it is social anxiety
U seem to be having social anxiety disorder, kindly consult a psychiatrist and get treated. SSRI s and behavior therapy will solve it in most
Anxiety will make your life miserable atbsome extent, you will feel challenge and negative thoughts at every moment listen for social Anxiety.. exposure and response prevention is a therapy don't escape , doesn't live in comfort zone as more n more u will expose u will feel better and apart from that you may take medicine also that will help you
There are 2 possibilities for the anxiety you are experiencing, first is that it is a part of personality and second is that it is due to an anxiety disorder. If it is symptom of personality disorder it would be amenable more to psychological intervention or therapy or long term counselling. If it is a symptom of Anxiety disorder, then pharmacotherapy will play a pivotal role in the management and psychological intervention might be needed to augment the effect. You need to discuss with your psychiatrist regarding the condition you are suffering from, and also discuss regarding other pharmacological or non-pharmacological options which can help you best.
