I have been suffering from social anxiety from last 6 years. It's getting really hard to do a job because of this issue and this has spoiled my mental health. It started with some negative random thought which scared me and it made me suffer for 6 years from social anxiety and stare phobia or fear of loosing respect. How can I come out of this as this condition has spoiled my life. Please help
