I have been going through lot of personal and family problems from last 2 months, my studies are stopped m sitting at home idel,my parents have trust issues with me. Totally trapped in the situation. Can't hurt them but doing things according to them kills myself.

My mental state is not constant. My life experience about people is very bad. Many times I feel myself cheated. My sin is not doing good in his studies. I am worried about his future. Above all I want love drom my family but I don't get.

I am getting a feeling of fluid running down in my head at top and back and mostly right side  and it remains whole day  and occasionally get pain in whole right face including ears and neck. I started getting these from past 4 days. Before these all started at previous night i suddenly got a very severe and sharp pain something like cracking and could not understand the cause and from next morning i started getting these symptoms. Before 6 months i suffered from health anxiety and panic attacks and now also very worried and tensed about such symptom as i am really stressed thinking about numerous diseases. what it could be???
