For anxiety and panic I have been advised to take both medicine simultaneously at night Whether it will make any complications I am already diabetic Pls suggest me

If any person eat 10 tables of QPEN 200 then what will be the side effect ad how to contorl it.

When one has a panic attack, the symptoms can be lightheadedness, feeling dizzy and sweating. However, since these symptoms can also manifest during a vasovagal reaction, how can one differentiate between a vasovagal syncope and a panic attack (apart from high blood pressure in panic attacks vs low blood pressure during syncope)? Also, can a panic attack lead to a vasovagal syncope?

My wife takes mazetol 200 twice a day due to partial seizures. I have observed many psychological disorders in her like mood swings, suicidal thoughts, over reactive, over aggressive, emotionally abusive on me and physical abuse on my mother, breaking the things/throwing etc. Is not normal or is this due to her health condition or medicine that she takes?
