I have been suffering from a mental problems like stress over thinking repeated thought insomnia anxiety tension etc

High fever, unconsciousness, fainting spells, vomiting, trembling, forgetting things,

Dear Sir/Madam I feel quite often irritated,Anxiety, i plan for something but i never execute it and i try to run away from the situation. I feel bored so frequently. I always try to quit and be idle doing nothing. My Anxiety and stress levels will be high with out doing nothing. I feel more about what others might think about me. I feel the whole world is watching my moves. Please suggest to over come these feelings and to be productive and successful in life Thanks

For the past 4 years, I have been having panic attacks at least 3 times a week. They cause me to have sharp chest pain, stomach pain, and back pain. They make me dizzy and my heart beat extremely fast. I also am not able to talk to a stranger, present in class, go places alone or order my food without crying. I also get nervous about heights and spiders and constantly think that something could happen and I would die. I want to know if there is anything I can do to make it stop?

Since long back I've got anger issues. But day by day it is increasing. I can't stand by crowd not even my family. I can't stand by noise. Small small things make me go irritated. I react very weird.

When i am driving car my head get spins from time to time , Right side of my head pains together with right eye and at time feel very comfortable with pain this condition is from last 7 days and this condition is continous, when i am concentrating on any work every thing is fine but when i get little time to think here and there i feel spinning and this conditions is regular

I have been taking four prescription medications for many years now and one of them is called Modafinil. Over the years it has slowly lost its effectiveness and I am considering that soon will it be worth taking anymore.There has been no appropriate replacement for it until recently, a medication called Pitolisant. This has only been available in the UK for a year. I am struggling to find a doctor who is able to talk to me about it with a view eventually of having a consultation .
