.My friend has taken counselling from dr. Shyam mithiya for depression. He gave 2 medicines. From past 2 days she is feeling sleepy all the time. She slept for almost 15-16 hourse, still she is sleepy

I've been using cool lip since 3 years, and I have a strong desire to quit since I'm a musician and a vocalist I want to get out of this cage, I had quit cold turkey like 4 months ago, I had quit for almost 1.5 month and I had faced severe withdrawal symptoms like going Outta breath , and anxiety hence that led me to do the habit again , right now I have made strong decision to quit again, but I don't know whether I need to visit a psychiatrist now or can be done with some Nico patches

Actually my age is 29 and i m unmarried. I m little fluffy means fat. And full day i work at home and all the responsibility of work is on my shoulder. But i even cant sleep in night for more then one hour. I am too much worried its tottly helarious everyone is sleeping and i am awaken like a owl. Plzzzz suggest me better options to take normal sleeping hours.

Actually i cant sleep in night for more then 1 hour . Its totally hilarious to awaked when everyone is sleeping . I Think its psychology issue . Plzzzzzzzz help me to go out from It.

I am having constant headache since the past 4 days. Temporary relief is provided by taking half tablet saridon. But the condition recurs the next day. It happens between 11:30 am - 12pm. I had 101.8°F fever yesterday and took paracetamol tablet and was fine soon after that. Please suggest a permanent solution for my problem.

Hi My father can not sleep in night. Little bit of is their. He scared that he is stuck in some place or room. He dnt know how to come out. He talks about things which is not possible. May be helisonation. He is getting weaker day by day. Cant walk more than 50 steps. Let me know what best we can do for him.
