I have been diagnosed with OCD by a therapist. i get the feeling as if the people who are jealous of me are planning to kill me or harm me when given the chance. i stay in a PG in Bengaluru and these thoughts keep running on my mind almost all the time; due to which i remain indecisive at times and not able to solely focus on my work or daily life activities. i want a solution for this problem ASAP to bring my life back to normal.

I have been trying to avoid alcohol from past 2 days but could not help it right now I am going through severe mood swings,unable to talk to others jist dont want to go anywhere I have restricted myself,also eating lessand have backache.I just need some medicine so that I can sleep and avoid alcohol and feel comfortable.My age is 45.

I get very anxious about everything sometimes for no reason I get agitated if something isn't right or things aren't going right then I start shaking real bad and get overwhelmed over little things I worry about everything big or small and i t makes me just want to sit in a corner and pull my hair out and I get really tense all the time I stay up at night worrying about everything and everybody notices it and say my nerves are bad and nothing calms me down I've tried everything

My sister is diagnosed with schizophrenia/bipolar disorder.Not sure if it's because of this, she likes a guy in her class and argues violently to get married to him.We, in family, have tried letting her realise what if he refuses.She is saying she'd only consider once he says that. She gets anxious and upset as she feels we are not helping her out.
