I have been depressed for like three months now. I am not able to concentrate on anything.

I tend to be getting angry a lot now before i could calm myself down but now when i get angry i cant calm myself down anymore i push things and i bang doors

I have hypochondria and anxiety. Headaches and also insomnia.my bp is around 130/80 .i feel depressed and scared all the time.can u help.

Hello, so i am a 24 year old female. For as long as i can remember i have suffered with anxiety, For a while now i have been experiencing a few symptoms which im not sure if its caused by my anxiety or something more serious. I have been feeling really zoned out, unstable, not dizzy but i feel like im shaking when im really not, disorientated and sometimes confused.
