I have been taking 1/2 daxid 50mg which is 25mg at night from very long time. And I feel good when I take this medicine, so is it ok to take it life long. Now iam absolutely fine. But daxid 50mg is not available, what is the substitute? Kindly help.

I have been having tension, mood swings,stage fear,anxiety and nervousness,lack of confidence, feeling of insecurity . How much I prepared for a presentation , I will end up in deteriorate.

Their is someone i know who does things over and over. like he’ll walk into a classroom walk out then walk back in. he’ll finally go to his seat and he will take his back pack off then put it back on and back off then he will finally set it down and sit. when he drives he will leave his house and turn around and come back and he’ll do these things and many more at least 3 times or maybe more before he finally does whatever he is doing. what is this called?

I'm looking for a psychologist who can help me overcome my anxiety and core fears through CBT. Thought I am on medication, that only takes care of the physical symptoms. I need to get to the root of the problem. I also want to stop medication because of the horrible side effects. Would be grateful for any help.
