So, my father had depression at one point in time and cause it's genetic, I want to know how much screen time, exercise etc. Is ok for me

Should i take alprax for a good sleep.?.. i am taking alprax from last one month and now if i missed a single day . that day i unable to sleep.

I havent been the same recently. I get terrified of things I loved before. I dont do anything even the things I want to do. I avoid my family and friends because I dont want them to know.

I have been married to a person who takes depakote sizopin bexol on a daily basis and an injection once in 15 days. I don't know what was his diagnosis but since 2013 I am married to him I hve been observing him he is kind of ok person but some times he talks to himself laughs to himself. He is a chain smoker. He does not go for a job. He is having a 3 year old son. Can u suggest the best psychiatrist in bangalore who can make him a normal person ASAP. Looks like above meds are not affecting
