Hello, talking to self is a symptom of psychosis, however we need to acess in what circumstances he will do it, and also other history like any substance uses or disease like diabetes etc need to be evaluated. Kindly consult Psychiatrist as soon as possible as it will improve the prognosis.Thanks.
